All of our coffee beans are non-refundable because they’re perishable goods. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our policy lasts 30 days for non-perishable items (anything not coffee). To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@phincoffee.com.au and send through your order details. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
